Updated the version of the game for Android:  current version 2.1.1

What's new:

1. Reworked polling of touch buttons.

2. Reworked calculation of the size and position of the frame and buttons.

3. Fixed bug with incorrect determination of the display size.

4. Slightly increased data loading speed before starting each new level.

5. Reduced audio latency.

6. Added the ability to enable / disable dithering (by pressing the "Back" button).

7. Removed unnecessary application requests for rights (read-write SD card, vibration motor).
